The Franklin MintReviews of franklinmint.com

Good morning I want to to take the time to recognize Miracle Moore from Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union located at 32 Chestnut Street Philadelphia Pa location. Thank you for your professional air and the care you took in assisting me. From the moment we connected your approach was calm, respectful and full of patience. You took the time time to walk me through every step of my account ensuring I understood all rhe details w/out ever making me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of service speaks volumes. You didn't just treat it like a routine task you treated it like it mattered and that means so much to someone like me. In a world where people often rush through their jobs or give minimal effort you stood out by going above and beyond. Your communication was clear, your attitude was warm and your professionalism made me feel like a valued person. THANK YOU again for your exceptional service. You made what could've been a frustrating process feel easy and reassuring. KEEP SHINING MIRACLE, KEEP SHINING

I ordered 100 Forever Stamps. When I emailed the company I was told the customer tracking system was not updated and I was sent a screen print of their tracking information. I was told it would take no longer than 2 weeks. When I emailed the FranklinMint again I was told the package was signed for, but they couldn't tell me who signed. They said I should ask my neighbors, check the camera by my door and contact the post office. I live in an apartment complex, I have no door camera. The post office did not require or get a signature. The tracking number given to me was a parcel delivered to another address. Of course the post office could not give me any information about the recipient. All I know was it was not me nor my address.
