Purchased items during a sale, everything advertised as being in stock (no pre-order). I got most of my order, but Mandalorian # 1 virgin and trade covers they did not have (according to them when I emailed on the status, it was a shared exclusive and they hadn't received their copies yet) Months pass, still nothing. I had to ask for a refund 3 times, which I received on most BUT one of the copies was free (due to sale) so by rights if I don't get the copies I ordered (and had to buy enough to qualify) I should at least get a book of equal value (credit) right? NOPE......and now they won't reply to my messages. Oh....icing on the cake......THEY FILED BANKRUPCY (which explains a bit) SO BEWARE IF YOU ARE ORDERING ANYTHING-ESPECIALLY PRE-ORDER ITEMS!

I placed an order on Aug 10th that I still haven't received. All four books have already been released, the last one in September. I reached out to customer service and received a response a month ago that the books would ship within a week. Still haven't received them.

Worst online comic shop. Why have a exclusive for presale and state on the website it will ship in a certain month, went you don’t ship the books till months later. False advertisement is what’s it’s called. But yet I can buy through their whatnot and they speed up the shipping. Why not take care of your website customers first than put us on the back burner. Having the same email response is lame stating you are understaff and etc. it’s not that hard to package books in a timely manner. So many of the others shops do. Say off whatnot and finish your shipping instead focusing on that . Common sense.

Ordered books back in April that released in May. I inquired and was told they were waiting to ship together with another order. Inquired over a month later when all books were available, did not receive a response. Requested cancellation over a week ago on all orders, still no cancellation. Frankie’s has gone downhill since joining Whatnot. They ship Whatnot orders as a priority, while website sales are often shipped months after release. It’s a shame, they used to be a great shop.

I paid for a remark and didn’t get a remark Instead I got a 9.6 signature No remark It’s a bummer to get any 9.6 (it’s a clear risk) but to pay for a remark and only get a low grade signature is a different issue I feel a little ripped off right now

I currently have five unfulfilled orders. Four of those are from June. The last two orders that I received, I had to email and inquire as to why I was waiting for so long before they were eventually fulfilled. I'll most likely stop giving my business to Frankie's once my 5 books show up. Waiting months for books that are already out is not something I'm interested in doing anymore.

I placed my order on July 19. I have gotten several emails requesting a review. However, my item has still not shipped, so I cannot give an accurate review. We are approaching 3 weeks after I placed my order (current date is Aug 7) and the shipping label has not even been created. I wish I could cancel my order, because I found the same exact thing on another site for the same price, and if my card hadn't already been charged, I would have bought it from them and received it by now. Heck, I wish I could cancel the order because they were at the last convention I went to (C2E2) and I probably could have gotten it there too but not at the same price. I did not bother looking at their selection as I am very unhappy with the service and will not be continuing to shop here. Other sites/stores do it faster for the same price.

Waited more than a year for one of my orders from this store and then it was sent to the wrong location. Zero help from the store in recovering the book or reimbursing me.
