Won't spray right, and watered down
I purchased light blue first i'm having issues with spray it gets stuck and won't spray out. I don't know how long it's gonna last. And the perfume smells very watered down. It doesn't last long like my last one did. I put the old one on and the new one on, and I couldn't smell the new one, but I could still smell my old one

Shit delivery timing
It said 4-5 days to arrive, took about 12, i specifically ordered it coz i wanted it bfr i left wc i had 7 days yet they still messed it up, ud rather order from amazon they atleast work on weekends aswell to get ur parcel to u

wrong size of cologne received
I have ordered a 1.7oz of the colone. But when I got my order it was a 1oz. Wondering if there's a way to get the difference reimburced instead of an exchange.

These guys intentionally make it…
These guys intentionally make it difficult to return items even when you have a very legitimate reason for return. They even made me pay for the return even when the item i bought was duplicated mistakenly. Their customer service is very tough to reach. Buying on their platform is very easy but that's all you get. I'd rather shop on a platform that makes life easy for their clients even after purchases have been made, fragrance market isn't one of such. Of course I won't use them again.

bad shipping
usually the shipping and product is good, however this time i ordered my items with 2 day shipping. It has been 2 and half weeks and i still haven’t received my products, even after emailing the company.
