I lost my money buying with these people, the shipping address had an error and they tell me that they can't change or correct the address and the product had not yet been sent and the shipping was not free, they are the worst giving solutions

I was not able to use my discount offers, the one that was sent to me by mail or the 5% offered in an email. I kept getting a message that I needed to enter a valid discount number, although I scanned the numbers from the card that was sent and the one online. I sent a message to request assistance and never got a response back.

I only want one bottle of Polo and it kept charging me for 2. Please rectify this. No matter what I do you keep making it harder. Please charge for 1 bottle only.

Never got my order and was refused any assistance. No refund nor replacement, just an “oh well, this is what our system says.” I asked to be contacted by a supervisor, never happened.
