I stumbled upon FragranceMarket.com looking for a unique scent, and let me tell you-it was a disaster. The website was slow, the selection was lackluster, and the checkout process was a nightmare. I spent 20 minutes trying to find a single bottle, only to realize the one I wanted was out of stock. The customer service was nonexistent-no response to my emails for days. I left empty-handed and frustrated. If you’re a fragrance enthusiast, save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

The Burberry Women perfume was leaking…
The Burberry Women perfume was leaking around the nozzle when I opened the packaging. I assumed it was due to shipping. I wiped of the leakage and continued using. With every spray more liquid kept coming from the parts around the nozzle. I checked if I could tighten the nozzle, no luck

The scent smells great but one of the…
The scent smells great but one of the gift set items was not securely closed in the packaging and almost all of it spilled out. Fortunately it was an accessory item and it the full bottle of cologne.

The perfume arrived with the contents already used.
The perfume arrived with some of the contents missing; it was sealed but appeared to have been used. This issue needs to be addressed, as I am a perfume collector.

The perfume arrived well-packaged, and I used it today; the fragrance is authentic, but the bottle isn't full—it looks used. It is not right to send a perfume showing obvious signs of use; that is a bad practice.
