I was victim of PayPal fraud
I was victim of PayPal fraud. This has nothing to do with your company. My order was immediately cancelled and I was refunded after reporting fraud so I thank you for that. So it was a bad experience that had nothing to do with your company.

The bottle CAP sticks and the spray…
The bottle cap sticks and the spray nozzle underneath does not work, 3rf use it came off, I have used Bvlgar for decades never this issue. Besides that the Crystalline does not have the staying power I know it to have its missing a note or 2. TOTALLY UNHAPPY,

You don’t list on your website how…
You don’t list on your website how items will be shipped and so I listed my home address, and you shipped via USPS and we don’t have home delivery in our town. So I called to ask that the package be resent when it is returned to you and was told you can’t do that, and I have yet to receive a refund for something I’ve never received.

I normally never give reviews on anything but I never received my package from them, when I contacted them they said they’ll do an investigation and nv reached out, when I called again they said there’s nothing they can do no refunds or re shipping, am honestly not happy to how they treating a regular customer I’ll never buy from them again. My money gone
