I Received my product on time, but was very disappointed. The Haramain rouge fragrance lasted 1 minute and then I sprayed again. It was like spraying water from a bottle This product did not meet my expectations and I buy it all the time when I travel. I will be contacting the company cause it is not what it should be

The UPS service was very disappointing, it took over 2 more days until they give me my package. Please decided to change the UPS service because it takes more longer, and before anything I paid extra money for delivery so it can be more faster, but did not.

Product arrived leaking, cap not tightened. Tried to email them asking for a replacement/refund, with pictures of leakage attached, but they ignored it as well as a subsequent follow-up. I had just been in contact with them prior regarding a one week delay on shipping the product out, and as soon as I reach out for a replacement/refund, no response.

Because I tried to email y’all so I can Return The item back and no one has not returned my email and I believe the item is fake And that’s why y’all have not emailed me back So y’all won’t have to give me back my money

My package was stolen. I received the email confirming it’s delivery but my package came late and was left outside and I was unaware because I had the shop app and the app didn’t tell me when it’ll be arriving. I want my refund.

You cancelled my order without any explanation

Canceled my order after a full week, no explanation.

Did NOT receive the sample fragrance in the bottle shown. Lousy customer service. Will NEVER order from them again.
