Don't respond to emails at all. Knowing you didn't want the order they send it out in record time of 7hrs right after reading my initial email. Don't respond so they can say they didn't know. I would not shop here ever again. I don't think anyone does

I received the wrong package, I emailed twice, called 3 times and DM’d the Instagram with zero response. I am planning on reporting this website to the BBB. My issue has not been resolved and I am very upset

You sent the wrong cologne, which was for a gift.

First time ordering from this company and was very excited about getting affordable fragrances! I was a bit put off by their return policy (as things can not be returned once opened), but proceeded with my order. I placed my order in June 7th assuming this would have normal shipping, however it is now June 20th (just shy of 3 weeks) and my order has yet to ship. I did not immediately get concerned, but decided after a week with no update I would reach out. So I called, absolutely no answer and no call back. Then I sent an email, still absolutely not answer. A week later sent another email, yet still no response. At this point I am really unsure what to do and wondering how it can take more than 3 weeks to even begin the shipping process.

Did not receive order . They had to refund my money as they didn’t actually have the product they were selling. A positive was once they realized they didn’t have the product they did refund promptly , but it was still frustrating

I entered an wrong address at first time, I’ve tried to contact to fix it (through hotline, email) but no one responds and my package’s being sent to the wrong address then returned to original sender twice (because that address doesn’t exist), I was charged for the package but have no idea how to get it!

Place my order on November 1, still have come yet. I sent 2 emails a week ago with no reply. The system says it's still in transit. I never had this happen to me before. No reason why my package is in transit. No customer service. This is horrible.
