Really bad I ordered 3 colognes and they cancelled my order and haven't got refunded 120€ went for air

Ordered fragrance two weeks ago . Have contacted twice with no reply . Product still hasn’t shipped

I ordered and paid for 4 samples. Three of the samples spilled while in transit. The names of the perfumes were not legible as the perfume spilled out. I contacted them and sent a picture. They never responded. Terrible service

The order I placed has not yet arrived. For some reason the courier company claims and appears on its website that the order is returned to you at the store. This is really wrong and I have been waiting for more than two weeks. It is important to note that I did not receive any email or notification that the package had reached its destination. I ask that you speed up the delivery or refund me with adequate compensation.

That’s is a my favourite fragrance, till they sell in the Macy’s store, was always fresh, sweet scent, when I purchased in your company, they send me old fragrance with strong and bad smell

Never received order.

I ordered 1 million lucky and it never even shipped don’t buy from here

You don't send anything to me.....
