Custom dress with wrong measurements
I ordered a custom tailored dress for which I sent my measurements. The received Dress was too big with a waist measurement 6cm greater than what I sent. After contacting them, they sent me a picture of "my dress" with the correct waist width, in which the dress clearly doesn't look like mine (other cloth, other stitching). In the end they offered me to send the dress back and a half refund.
