AI Company that reject valid policies meeting all insurance requirements in residents leases. This company is truly a joke and fully scams people out of money that management companies say they can't even control once they've employed this service. I am currently looking into legality of how they're running things and recourse available to me and other residents experiencing these issues.

I was introduced to foxen.com through a rental property. Out the gate they were not clear about the information they need. Foxen claimed the policy wasn't in compliance because it did not have a liability wavier, but it was clearly stated; therefore, they asked for the policy be submitted. I submitted the policy and it was rejected again because they claimed they need the property information included. Never in 30 years has it been this hard to verify insurance. Never, in 30 have I had to call my insurer and ask that update the declaration letter, which is accepted in all other places without the property name due to the address being on the policy. Due to Foxen not having clear instructions a process that should take 1-2 minutes, took a few days. Why? Each time I submitted information I did not get a reply until hours later. It has been a bad process because I made no changes to my insurance, but that additional name. I would not recommend Foxen.com for any administrative needs. Why? I had to contact a a live agent to do an update for information that is already provided in the file, but has never been placed or required by any owner to have on the actual policy. Once I went through the few days of back and forth, a call to customer service; and receiving the information back, my account was updated in less than a minute. All my neighbors had the same issues. Foxen.com needs to do better on their communication, but I would never purposely choose to use Foxen.com for any of my administrative needs.

This company is a scam. I carry my own insurance which has much higher coverage than the garbage policy they sell. They won’t let anyone opt out, wasted hours dealing with it - uploaded, reuploaded, emailed attachments- my apartment management has dealt with it and yet I’m still enrolled it their scam garbage. They are the worst. Avoid like the plague.

This is a company that rental agencies use to make people liable for the building they live in, which I have no issue with. I have kept renters insurance since I first started renting. This company is supposed to take a look at your policy and issue a waiver of the fee from the complex. This would be great if they actually did it correctly or even just did it at all. They have terrible customer service, they send you broken links through email, and in the end, they tell you if you have an issue with their site, contact your leasing office. I find it very interesting that my policy ended on January 4th, it was then renewed for the 2026 year. I received an email in December telling me that my new policy has to be uploaded by Jan 4. I do this on January 4th but they also charge me the $12.95 on the 4th (after I have already paid my rent). I get a 3 day vacate notice for this $12.95 that I didn't even know I had to pay. Yet this company says it takes them 1-3 days to process my insurance update. They know exactly how insurance works; you can't get a new policy until the old one has ended if you are staying with the same company. I want my money back!
