Ordered a single silver ring. Foxrings designed it and made the ring. It was delivered in the time frame that was mentioned. After I received the ring the nightmare starts. I specifically ordered the more expensive ring because they mentioned I should if its for daily use. Its supposed to be durable and withstand daily normal use. After the first few months the design paint and cz stones start coming off. I emailed foxrings and it took months for a reply. When I explained what was going on there was no warranty offer to fix it they wanted to charge hundreds to fix/repair the ring. The ring didn't suffer any abuse other than washing my hands with soap. The lack of communication and ridiculous repair cost offers really upsets me. I had to email and reply to the emails already sent asking, "can I get some help with this". Worst buisness customer communication I've ever experienced. I regret buying my ring from foxrings 100%. Id recommend ANYONE else to do do buisness with. Next stop is the better buisness bureau.

Do not order from this shop. I ordered four rings and only received one of them. The remaining three were never delivered. I was never informed about any delay, shortage, or problem with my order. I tried contacting the seller multiple times by email and message. At first there was no clear response, and now they are not responding at all. My money was taken, but the order was not fulfilled. This feels like a scam. I would strongly advise others not to order here unless you are willing to risk losing your money.

Shady Company. Ordered a Fantasy Football Championship Ring. It was never received. I went on the USPS with the tracking number and it said that it did not deliver because they had improper postage. I tried to contact someone at the company and my voicemails and messages went unanswered. I ended up calling my credit card company and opened a dispute to get my money back.

Horrible experience! I was ordering a fantasy football ring for my league a couple of months before my draft and came across what looked to be a really cool website with Fox rings. Everyone I work with was very friendly and helpful at first, but I was worried about meeting my deadline of August 24. I asked if they could guarantee delivery before then and was asked to pay an expedite fee of $25. I paid the $25 and was told that my ring would be to me no later than August 22. Around August 18, I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out asking if there was going to be a tracking number or any follow up…. No response. I called and left a message… no response. Repeated all of this about 2 to 3 times since then and before the 22nd with no response. Long story short I had to file a dispute with my credit card company for them to finally respond to me on the 26th and apologize for the delay that there was an issue with the mold. Issues happen and I get it but it’s all how you respond. And when you don’t respond and leave people hanging high and dry with deadlines, then there’s no way I would ever recommend your business.

If I could give NO STARS I would. Started this waste last September. Paid money, received a decent looking example. Had 3 rings made, got them in February after we were told 6 weeks. Made several attempts to contact, finally when we received our 2 of 3 rings, all wrong size and still fighting to get our money owed for missing items and correct sized rings. What a joke. They should be ashamed and close.

I've used this company two years in a row after my son's Junior All American football team won the Super Bowl back to back. The first year everything was fine, the rings came out great the stones weren't the color I approved, they were a lighter version, but I was fine with it. They did take about three months to receive, but I was told that upfront so we proceeded. The second year, I requested a certain color stone And I did not get that and I didn't know about it until I received the rings. The mock up that they sent me to approve the ring showed a dark purple, I received a very light purple. You can barely see that it's purple in the sunlight. The mock up that they sent me looked amazing! When I received the rings and I was getting ready to distribute them, I noticed that they misspelled the organization that we belonged to. That was not the mock up that they sent me. When I let my sales person know about it, he completely ignored me. I got no response, no apology, no willingness to make it right. We paid over $3500 for these rings and something should've been made right. This was 100% on them because the mock up showed me something different and it was changed at the last minute. I approved the correct spelling. I did not receive what I asked for. They obviously do not stand by their product if they cannot make this right. I had to give my rings to my Players With our organization misspelled.

Absolute worst customer service around. Very vague about return policy. They lie that shipping is free over $50.00 but at check out there is a shipping cost. I just returned two rings and was only partially refunded as they didn't honor the full refund beating around the bush. They also work with foreign partner that will ship specific items from China and send the incorrect item. Super awkward to deal with. The address they claim online is actually located in a sketchy neighborhood and not in an actual business location. Will no longer do business with them. Stay far away folks. You've been WARNED!!!

I made an order on the 5th of November. They said between 28-40 days. I paid 30 € just for shipping. 24th of December and no news on my order. 3 emails with no answer.
