I ordered off this website
I ordered off this website, and it was confirmed for a 2-5 day shipment. However, months went by, and multiple emails and form fills on their website went unanswered. My package never shipped and never arrived. I finally received a response from customer service who claimed my emails were in their spam AND that they were busy, which is why they never responded. However, since I emailed and filled out forms on their website, their response made no sense. Their email response to me also stated they couldn't cancel or refund my order because it was more than 4 hours after I placed it. To this day, I have never received my package. I would suggest staying far, far away from this website.
