this company or who ever ( Naim Farzan) is handling the order have been taking advantage of the customers by making excuses with the shipments in order to keep your monies. i order mask for the pass 3 months and they are always responding with lies and excuses stating: "Your order was shipped, but due to unknown reasons the item is returned, so if you want we will send it again". This id=s taking place so you will give up and they keep your monies. I will report to all authorities as something will take place as so many people online are talking advantage due to the civid 19.

If I could rate this company a negative number I would. Order two washable kn95 face mask in early March. The funds were deducted from my account. I never received any information about how to track my items, and I define ty haven't received the items I ordered. Tried calling but can't leave a message because the voice mail is full. Left an email but no reply. I should have researched this company better. Will never order from them again. They are thieves

Don't buy anything from this website!!! I purchased 4 quantity of 200 pcs masks, it takes 2.5 months to arrive, and it is only 4 quantity of 50 pcs masks. I ordered 800 pcs, I received 200 pcs, no reply on this, no refund, very bad quality of the masks. Will never buy anything from this website

I placed order in February, money was take in February 27, I’ve reach out twice over the months and all I received is an email stating that restriction to flights is delaying the delivery process. Even if the product shows up at this point, I feel they do not deserve a good rating. All I can do is research better.

Update2- This company is now going by Farzey.com and I’ve just received an updated tracking number which is exactly the same number I was given the beginning of April. It’s getting almost comical. Update-Still have not received my order. * Very deceiving company. 6 weeks and still don’t have my order. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. What was more disappointing,than the delay, is the deception. I got initial bogus shipping info. Was told it had shipped when it hadn’t. Hopefully I’ll get my order but who knows? Stay away from this company!

Ordered 200 thickened 4ply masks. After more than 4 month, received 50 regular 3-ply masks. I contacted them back in mid March after order sent late January. Received a track number on Mar 20. Now I received only 25% of something totally different. Will never buy from this site, fake and scam! Just watch as I think they have to change name later.

If I had checked some reviews before I placed an order, I would NOT have placed the order. Extremely poor customer relations, abysmal cancellation policy (12 hours after ordering), even though I have waited more than 30 days since my order shows as “confirmed” ( note - not shipped!!) Will be contesting this on my credit card.

I would not reccommend, made an order Feb 25, still to date no items have arrived. My calls to the company go un-answered, and the mail box is full, can't leave a message. Don't waist your time and money. I'm out $140.00, I don't want anyone else to loose out like I have. Don't buy from this site.
