Purchased this dress for Christmas Parties. Fabric not nice and the fit on my body shape is awful. Asked to return but will only give store credit so will be throwing dress in the trash as i cant imagine a world in which j would want to buy any other clothing. Cant recommend at all

Obsessed with my purchase! Fantastic customer service, fast delivery. I purchased the Mimi Dress and the craftsmanship is impressive. Also love that it covers my arms. Will be back for more prints

Very misleading returns policy. An online only store that only offers exchanges. When I purchased a dress that was modelled as ‘bump friendly’ I was even given an option to select ‘check out with free returns’. I tried on the dress and the fit was terrible. I wanted to return for a refund not knowing how my body would change post partum and was refused given their very restrictive returns policy - so disappointing especially as their stock has extremely limited styles. Furthermore they had difficult to find contact information. Very unethical IMO. As a consumer we shouldn’t have to worry about researching what should be fair consumer returns policy regardless of the law. But some companies are more bothered about money than customer satisfaction. Won’t be wasting my money again.

The dress was not flattering at all for my body shape however no refund offered. Store credit is super frustrating when there are extremely limited options for purchasing another item - really just the same dress! So now I have $200 store credit.

I placed an order last month. Got fooled by Instagram. The order never arrived. I contacted their customer service directly, they never answered. I had to open a claim on PayPal. I finally got an answer. They insisted it was delivered providing proof from their carrier. The proof just showed a picture of my building’s front door as if that was proof (?!). They stopped answering. Didn’t even try to file a claim with the carrier (well known to leave parcels unattended). The reason why I’m pretty sure it’s a scam is because the item was not shipped from Australia but a completely different country (and continent). Even if it is drop-shipping, that often reveals itself to be false advertising. Keep your money safe!

I bought the Gardenia Black Midi Dress and am based in the UK and I love it! I was sceptical ordering from the UK from a brand abroad but it was surprisingly smooth and fast. Yes it’s an expensive dress but the pattern is hand printed, the fit wonderful and because it’s not a UK brand I love that I won’t see everyone around town wearing it! I did have a slight issue with my item but the customer service were fantastic and shipped out a new one immediately free of charge, so top notch service in my opinion!

First purchase and there will never be another one. I bought a dress during a 30% off site wide. At no point during the sales process was there any warning or advice that all purchases during a sale are final sale. The dress itself is awful. Ridiculously oversized. I've submitted 2 reviews to the brand's website but neither of them are there. It appears the 5 star rating on the website may be helped along by pruning poor reviews.
