I urge all customers not to use this shitty company. I ASKED 15 TIMES if the order was ready and if we should come, and they said yes, come and pick up the car. We drove 120 miles in a hurricane, and when we got to the pick-up location, the broker told me that the order had been cancelled. If good service and reasonable prices are important to you, don't work with this broker! If you want good service, don't use brokerage companies with Indians.

I contacted forsee regarding the shipment of my range Rover from California to Buffalo New York. First, everything is done on text from various numbers and various people. When you call, the woman (Tuba or Tauba) on the phone was extremely pushy once she located a driver. It was a workday and I was getting calls from her every 10-15 min during meetings to send the $150 deposit. I told her I needed time to confirm with my husband, and my husband wanted to speak with the driver directly before confirming, to ensure he was ok with taking the 100lbs of personal items with the vehicle. Concurrently, Tuba was pushing me to Venmo the 150 to "a guy in a black shirt" (very sketchy). I sent the deposit letting her know I still need time to confirm. My husband called the driver whose English was so poor, we were not able to confirm much. The driver also claimed that he worked directly for Foresee (this is not normal, Foresee is a "broker/middleman' and not a direct employer of trucks or drivers). It was all very shady, so my husband came back and told me he wasnt comfortable moving forward with it. Meanwhile, Tuba (the lady on the phone) suddenly tells me that she didn't receive my deposit. I showed her multiple screenshots of where it was confirmed sent, and she kept (VERY RUDELY) telling me that I made a mistake and it was to the wrong account. After a lot more back and forth, she realized that the picture in the screenshot was actually correct, and she was just too dumb to look at the entire picture. At this point I had enough and I told her I was done with the interaction and was cancelling. All of this happened in about 30 min max. Later, I get a call from a "supervisor" who asked me what made me cancel. I carefully explained the entire situation and he apologized profusely and CONFIRMED MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND I WOULD GET BACK MY 150. I said ok, no worries, happy to try to do business again in the future. This was about 5 weeks ago and Ive been fighting for my 150 back since. They claimed that 'the driver was confirmed and they had to cancel on the driver' as the reason. Again, the entire interaction was less then 30 min. I never confirmed the driver (was shady). The entire experience was SUCH a headache and very scam-y. The latest message I sent them regarding taking action was responded to with a 'crying laughing emoji', basically mocking my frustration. Save your money and weeks of frustration, avoid this company at all costs. I ended up using Navi Transport to ship both my BMW M4 and Range Rover and they were excellent.

Indian scammers!

Foresee booked a shipper who gave no prior notice before delivery. With no notice the day before or anytime prior, called me at 8:30am, then proceeded to call me 10 times in the next 30 minutes demanding that I meet him. I had to find someone to go meet them and then the driver pressured that person to drop the car off in the wrong town. I had to hire a separate company to move the car to the correct town 20 miles away. When I reached out to forsee, they proceeded to blame me and defend both the driver and their rep. It's like someone woke you up and lit a bomb in your lap, then got blamed you for not having an exit strategy. Use them at your own risk. They will take zero real responsiblity or ownership when it comes down to the question of money. The only thing they offered to do with get me a "better rate" if I wanted to use them again. Ahsan/Anaas was my rep. pushy, unwilling to help when it mattered.

I do not recommend, irresponsible company. Look for others, do not work with Frank Jones. I'm not sure they are in the US

Me and my wife needed to get our daughter's car to Texas from California as she works in the military.we needed it On certain date . One of my friends told me about this company and told me they are very reliable, so we thought we were try them out. We called arham To schedule a pickup for the car with a truck. after a day later, we contact arham he'd say he was still looking for a driver. Called a couple days later.. They say they did not find a driver with a good driving record, and we're still looking for another driver. After a few more day later finally find another driver and wanted more money. Then what the first quote was. My wife did a zell payment directly to arham at the beginning, $250 for locking, in the date, the vehicle was supposed to be picked up.. After not reaching the deadline for pick up the vehicle at that specific date . We decided to find another carrier. And Tried to get our deposit money back. He Has my wife jumping through hoops, telling her she needs to go to his email, and then telling her he needs to talk to his supervisor to see if it was ok to do so . now he's saying we have to go through another route and contact someone else in another department that doesn't answer their phones or messages or voice messages. This company will rip you off. I do not recommend anyone to use their services. Because there's no customer service, there's no operator that answers the phone to help you with your situation. I would not highly recommend this company because they are not trustworthy and not honest people. If they were so honest, they would give back the deposit The money that they owed. and not say that they have to charge a cancelation fee Due to the fact, a truck was on its way when a truck was never even scheduled on its way. i also would like to inform anyone who is suggesting to use this business This business does not associate through the Better Business Bureau.

Continue to harass me after I have now blocked four phone numbers. Explained I wished to not be called again! Emailed I wished not to be contacted again. Then forced to block numbers because they call multiple times a day.
