I wouldn’t recommend working for this company. They have no structure within the team, and the sales team/leadership changes every month. On top of that, the close rate is non existent while they promise 3-5k/mo OTE. If you are a setter or closer and want to make money, this is not the place to do it. Business owner thinks that if they bring in another sales guru their business is going to magically work which is just not true and it shows in cash collected. They remove people without any notice, and don’t provide any base pay either.
