6 stars performance
Nora and the Formatli team typeset my nonfiction book, They Are Lying to You. It was not an easy job: 591 pages and more than 800 notes, with editions for KDP and IngramSpark in print, two EPUBs, and an index. They did everything right from the first, very personalized email, which showed they actually understood what I was looking for. They started with a sample chapter and delivered the full book within days. Every correction was applied accurately, every question was answered, and the notes were handled with real care. The final files were clean in every format and ready for launch. The final files were clean and consistent across every format, and they were ready in time for launch. Price were more than fair and very transparent I recommend them without reservation to any author with a complex manuscript, would give them 6 stars if Trustpilot would allow it. FM
