i order c9 and F15 they didn't send me guidence information booklet and i am trying to connect no reply.No chat There is no chance to connect them

The forever living sun screen has changed in the last couple of years. It used to be the most luxurious, beautiful cream. Now it’s difficult to apply, difficult to remove and a curse to remove from whatever swimwear or clothing you’re wearing. It works and is still the only sunscreen I have found that doesn’t result in me breaking out in prickly heat but I now can’t stand the stuff and will be trying and testing other brands

The Forever products are excellent and really good value. If only they would go away from their liasion with FedEX as courier. FedEx is awfully unreliable. They are a threat to Forever's good name.

I love your products and have been using them for almost 20 years. I am awaiting a £500 delivery. You have chosen Fed-X. They will not give me an estimated time and I have to wait in all day with a delivery time given as on or before 6pm. I only receive automated response from them and at 11.00, I still have no clearer idea of when they will deliver. Compared to other deliveries I receive and for much lower priced packages, this is highly unsatisfactory and inconvenient and I am so so disappointed.

Just wish customer service within head office was more helpful & understanding. Such a big global company now. I am yet to come across someone in distribution who is more than happy to help. From an order that was never delivered to items incorrect in another order. Customer service is the front of house and should be at it’s all time best. Just sad customer service isn’t as great as the products.

1) I left instructions that should I not be in, to leave the parcel in a special box I have in order to hide them. The parcel was left on my doorstep in full view of any passing thieves!!! 2) Why SO much packaging? In this day of climate conciousness, is it really necessary to pack each item in thick cardboard tubes? I spent forever getting into each item and flattening down for recycling. I am seriously considering going to another more climate aware company in the future if this does not change.

Not really having good experience getting request to review goods when FedEx have said they are stuck still trying to get the FLP products from USA! First time I have place FLP UK order only to find I have to wait not for it to get to me from down the road but to wait until it gets to this country? It did not state anything on website when ordering to the effect that USA are not getting supplies through, or that my order would be on hold until then. Bit of forewarning of delay issues would have been polite rather that messaging that my order was on its way and leaving FedEx to own up that it was having problems.

Occasionally I buy Forever products off a friend who became a consultant when she was pregnant and going through a difficult time, so was very vulnerable, which seems familiar with many MLM consultants. I am torn between not supporting her so she fails and opts for another income generation opportunity or buying the products to support her, as a friend. The products are very over priced and average at best. I’ve had various serums such as Sonya, consumable gels, soaps etc. I’ve found my aloe plants at home work better than the products I’ve tried. But they haven’t brought me out in a rash, so that’s good. But they make my acne worse. Delivery times vary considerably from a couple of days to weeks. I only deal with my friend, so customer service is excellent! Forever has placed me in a difficult moral and ethical conundrum which is wrong for a company selling a few barely average lotions and portions.
