When your system goes down it is a major issue for me. My daughter meets with a math tutor weekly and when she can’t print assignment I pay for the tutor to do nothing. You’re an on-line school your computer maintenance needs to be done in the middle of the night.

Thank you for the feedback. Because we serve students across the globe, there is never a 'good time' to perform scheduled maintenance. One student's "middle of the night" is another student's "middle of the day". We understand the frustration and we try our best to work around all students.
