Response from Forest Trail AcademyDec 13, 2018

Thank you for the feedback. We regret to hear that you feel you did not receive adequate teacher interaction. Due to the asynchronous, self-paced nature of our school, teacher interaction looks much different than it does in the traditional brick and mortar school. Our teachers are available to students via the message center and virtual office hours. Teachers are required to respond to messages within 24-48 hours and hold live virtual office hours twice a week where students can get help in real time.
