This store is filled with scammers. They didn’t deliver the merch I ordered on time and after waiting additional time I requested a refund, which after the refund request they requested really personal banking sensitive information instead of just doing the normal procedure of refunding it to the original form of payement. When I issued a dispute with my bank then they started reaching out to me, they got scared. I’m still waiting for the money but I’m going to get it one way or another. Save yourself money and time and don’t buy from this store.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our store was temporarily down, so we couldn’t access the admin system to process the refund normally. We only requested basic refund details (name, routing number, and address) and did not ask for any ID or extra verification. We are not a scam and are committed to resolving your refund. Please share your order number so we can check the details and assist you further.

I have waited 1 month of my order I have waited 1 month of my order. And they sent me the false order. Support isn’t answering and I have paid 100€ for nothing. I would give 0 stars if it’s possible. DONT BUY HERE. They said over weeks „your package is on its way“ but this was a lie. If you want your shirts buy it on another website.

I ordered two items from FOOTLV Store on June 11, 2026. I received a confirmation email stating that the items would be delivered within 7 to 12 business days. On June 20, I received another email saying the order had been shipped and was given a tracking number, with a note that tracking information would be available within four days. By June 25, the tracking link was not working, and the company’s website URL was also down. I attempted to contact the shipping number through WhatsApp, as instructed, but no one answered. I opened a case with PayPal on June 26, 2026. On July 3, I received an email from FOOTLV asking what the issue was. I replied and requested an update on my order. On July 5, they informed me that my shipment had been “lost in transit” and claimed they had resent the order, estimating another three weeks for delivery. I explained that the items would no longer be useful after such a delay and requested a refund. They refused, stating that the order had “already arrived at the sorting center” and could not be canceled or refunded. I provided all of this information to PayPal, and PayPal ultimately refunded my money.

Placed 2 orders for a shirt and canceled it immediately through email and whatsapp. Both ways they confirmed cancel. Suddenly only one got canceled and the other one was already processed. I agreed on shipping it and now 16 days later after I got a update that the shirts are waiting shipment... still they aren't shipped yet. I guess the shirts are eating dust in the warehouse and will be delivered at the start of the next world cup
