Effective refund (pre-shipping)
I don’t know what their product looks like because I wanted to cancel my order before it arrived. I am giving them five stars because their customer service (email) is responsive and they efficiently helped me cancel the order and gave me a full refund, since my order hasn’t shipped yet. So kudos!
