ALL HYPE--NO REVIEWS ANYWHERE
1. There are NO credible reviews ANYWHERE for this company. I initially purchased OverwatchxRescue through their partnership with OnX Off-road. After my purchase through OnX, I could never get past a registration page that continued to request payment, even though I HAD ALREADY PAID-!! FocusPoint has a corporate phone number, but you can't get past a phone tree that just refers you back to their website. My email request answered with a vague auto-response. The biggest reason for cancelling is that they are hiding something. There is no way I'm going to rely on their Overwatch service in the event of a life-threatening situation in the middle of nowhere.
