I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this website and their transportation service. They are operating illegal private cars for airport transfers and charter services, which is extremely concerning. The driver was very rude and unprofessional throughout the trip. On top of that, the vehicle was not clean and did not meet basic hygiene standards. What worries me the most is that the car did not appear to have proper commercial insurance, which puts passengers at serious risk. Considering the service quality and the potential safety issues, the price was definitely not cheap and absolutely not worth it. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and choose a licensed and properly insured transportation provider instead.
