I was charged twice on the same day, so far it’s been 9 days and my refund is still “pending.”

Being charged twice can be concerning, especially when the refund is not yet visible. The duplicate charge was identified and the refund was processed the same day by the system. The case has been escalated, and support will be reaching out with further details so this can be checked directly with the bank if needed.

I was always hungry after each dose. I communicate that information to FMmeds, however, my issues and concerns were not even addressed. They never contacted me via phone to discuss my concerns. Once I emailed them and advised that I needed my subscription to be cancelled, then their support department reached out requesting to look further into it why I wanted to cancel. At that point I advised that I needed to cancel the subscription and that I am no longer interested in wasting any more money as the subscription was extremely expensive and I am no longer interested in wasting any further time. I will no longer get that time or money back. My experience with FMmeds is they aren’t very good with customer care or support.

This is my second review . I again made appt to speak with a Dr and on the date and time per my conversation with scheduler and no one called me . This I find problematic because I’m not losing weight as projected . This is a terrible business practice considering I’m paying out of pocket .

This company has horrible Customer service. I believe they are a scam. Said package was shipped , gave a tracking number but package never Left federal express warehouse. Finally got a refund. No way to contact , when you call you are forced to leave a message and no return call ever came. I would not order from them

Not seeing much progress early on can feel frustrating, and it’s actually quite common while the body is still adjusting to treatment. It also looks like your checkup wasn’t scheduled as it should have been. The support team will be reaching out to get that set up and make sure your plan is properly reviewed.
