The FlyVagary agent was very patient and persistent until he found what worked for us. We had to arrive in Japan October 11th and not before. We needed to arrive no later than the 14th for our son's and his family's schedule. That combined with trying to find lower prices became very challenging. However, in the end, we found what we needed.

Kirsten Clark was very professional and patient with me. She took her time and explained everything to me. Even if she had to repeat things to me so I would understand. She is also very polite to talk to. I have never booked a flight before. she made it comfortable to talk to and make my decisions.
