Very accommodating and give you what you need.

Todd was very polite and acccommodating , but couldn't seem to find a flight for me to London for less than 1200$. I found it in abot 5 minutes by looking at one site. Also he was not clear about sending me a receipt or a statement of cost after I sent the $$ for the ticket. It may be policy not to give some one a summary receipt for what they spent but it's bad policy. This does not reflect on Todd's patience and helpfulness which were very good and very much aooreciated. I think Todd did a very good job helping me to get a reasoably priced flight to London.

The site and company are very vague about what they do. In then end, it worked out, and I purchased my tickets through them. They got me a slight discount, but it took some explanation and back and forth to avoid 10hr layovers or the first flight going in the opposite direction. Ultimately, Cody was helpful. The tickets arrived the day after purchase and then I was able to verify they were real on the United site and choose seats.

There were a few glitches as we tried to pay for the ticket but Sophie was amazing and all was well in the end.

I had a lovely agent who worked diligently to find me the best ticket and had wonderful communication skills keeping me informed at all times. Being used to immediacy of delivery, I was surprised that there was a time lapse of a few days for my ticket to be issued. Now that I am aware of this timing, I feel more comfortable and would use my agent again to help me procure my next ticket.

Henry Scott was the rep that handled my reservations. He was very helpful and was very attentive to details.
