Since agents don't have English as their first language they sometimes don't understand questions or requests.

I’ve been working with Jake Allen a Vagary employee whom I believe has truly done an outstanding job assisting me with my trip internationally to Nigeria. I appreciated his steadfastness in finding what would be a less stressful experience for me, even though I’ve traveled to Nigeria many times in the past. Job Weldone!

I’m forever grateful to Wayne Emerson he’s been such a helpful travel agent. My father missed his flight and Wayne has been doing everything in his power to get a refund for him. We’re hoping it works out but I was just so appreciative of how he kept checking in with us on the whole process!

Our agent, Tom Klein, was very helpful and made a good case for selecting flights with significantly shorter layovers that were only a tiny bit more expensive than that alternative. Very responsive as well
