The worst! When the customer service rep didn't realize that I was calling for customer service and not to book a new flight. He was rude. Then he hung up on me

They stole my money and I never got a refund, they do not follow up and they ignore you. This is a ghost page, their flights do not exits, their operation form is to "make your reservation" , then they call you because they want to charge more than their confirmation said because "the taxes wasn't included so at this point you want to cancel the flights but you never get a refund and at their page, in their policies says, that you have 24 hours to cancel without charges or fees but you never get the money back.

NEVER BOOK AT THIS PAGE BECAUSE IT IT CANNOT BE CALLED AN AGENCY. They steal money from people and all their good reviews are paid. So this is a warning for the ones who wants to travel, never trust at this page.

NEVER BOOK through them..I booked tickets for my parents in May 2021 which was later rescheduled to July 2021. Now planing for this year, the agent said. 1. Please have my parents travel to Air India office for booking. Why we need agent if people have to go office. 2. I said cancel my ticket, I will book a meeting ticket. Cancellation is not allowed. 3. SO hard to contact these guys, have to call multiple times a day to get any response. I have such bad experience that I will never book through agent EVER again.

This is a SCAM website. Do NOT buy anything from here. It’s all FAKE. They will steal your money. You’ve been warned. Do not be fooled by the "positive" reviews on Google or on TrustPilot. They are obviously paid for and fake. Coincidentally all of them are from India. Yeah, right. Do your research if you want but this warning should be all you need to make the decision not to book anything from this fraud of a website.

The page is totally a fraud, never bought a ticket flight in this page. I bought a ticket flight with them but then they wanted to charge more so I decided to cancel the flights in the first 24 hours. They told me that my flights were cancelled and they would refund me the money. 3 days later I received a charge with the total and I asked to talk with someone and they blocked me from WhatsApp so please NEVER USE THIS PAGE. They stoled me more than $515 dollars. It's been two weeks and I don't have the refund in my account, you steal money from people.

I am very much frustrated with this company, they don't know how to handle there agents, fully fraud company they just want there work to be done and once the work get done they can anytime ask there agents to leave this not only happens once but number of time every year they make new website and do new business, and every time they hire new agents to that old agents will not harm there work, they don't even have authentic platform to make reservations on each booking totally fraud going on. they even don't know how to behave with there agents, and they betrayed not only me but so many other agents as well
