Viel zu teuer. Alles muss man extra bezahlen. Schlimm für mich ist, das Eltern nicht mit rein dürfen. Wer übernimmt dann die Verantwortung, wenn etwas passiert? Dies hat sich der Inhaber nicht überlegt. Ist für mich Verantwortungslos

Sehr teuer, Socken und Armband müssen auch noch dazu gekauft werden. War für bisschen springen über 30 Euro los. Eltern dürfen auch nicht mit rein. Nicht mal zum Fotografieren. Werden hier nicht wieder herkommen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen

Junge Mitarbeiterinnen im Trampolin Bereich sehr unmotiviert und Lustlos!! Muss MEHRMALS nachgefragt werden ob Bereiche geöffnet werden können!Geht garnicht!!Ganz schlimm!!

Super rip of. Waren mit drei Kindern dort, die alle von anderen Trampolin-Parks entsprechende Socken anhatten. Mussten trotzdem nochmal exakt die gleichen Socken für alle kaufen. Und das bei einem Eintritt von eh schon über 20 Euro.

TrustPilot could remove them but they want us to take a paid subscription to do so. Sadly, we are not that stupid.

Superfly Düsseldorf Eller: Es ist nicht möglich einfach an der Kasse ein Ticket zu kaufen. Man muss sich vorher als Erwachsene registrieren, wobei alle Angaben zum Namen, Adresse, Geburtsdatum, eMail, Telefonnummer und Geburtsdatum abgefragt werden. Auch über das Kind werden alle Angaben abgefragt und im System registriert. Unverschämt, diese Daten alle preisgeben zu müssen, damit das Kind eine Stunde springen kann. Dann ist auch der Preis irreführend! Für eine Stunde springen ist man nicht nur für satte 17,90 Euro dabei, sondern ist gezwungen für 2 Euro ein Armband und für 3 Euro ein paar Socken zu kaufen. Ein Eintritt ist ohne Armband und diese Superfly- Socken nicht möglich! Also ist man bei einem Kind für 1 Stunde Spaß bei 23 Euro dabei! Wucher ohne Ende! Und Datenschutz-technisch ein Desaster.

Trotz vorheriger Reservierung und Registrierung musste ich mit meinen Kindern über eine Stunde warten, bis wir einchecken konnten. Dann ging es allerdings weiter - die Mitarbeitern war komplett überfordert, nach weiteren 30 Minuten übernahm ein Kollege, der mir dann erklärte, dass wir für die Check-in Bänder erneut zahlen müssten, weil die Kollegen beim letzten Besuch sie leider falsch programmiert hätten! Meine Beschwerden interessierten niemanden (nicht mal die Schichtleiterin), eine Beschwerde Anschrift gibt es bei diesem Unternehmen nicht - genauso wie eine Kundentelefonnummer - und meine Beschwerde an die allgemeine Kontaktadresse verschwand ohne jede Reaktion im Nirwana… Ein absolut peinlicher Auftritt!

Madam, we are a private jet company and you did not fly with us. You've mixed us up with a different company, we don't have check in desks as you have described. Don't worry, most people on Trustpilot leave reviews for a radio station under our company so you are not alone in making this mistake. And Trustpiot tries to blackmail us into joining and paying them to remove the reviews so we're happy to let them stay.

UPDATE: AFTER WEEKS OF WAITING FOR TRUSTPILOT TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW THAT OBVIOUSLY WAS FOR ANOTHER COMPANY THEY FINALLY REPLIED TELLING US WE NEED TO GO THROUGH A PROCESS OF FLAGGING AND SENDING INFORMATION. SO BASICALLY WE HAVE TO WASTE OUR TIME BECAUSE TRUSTPILOT IS TOO CRAPPY TO CLEAN UP THEIR OWN MESS. THANKS TRUSTPILOT. MINUS 5 STARS FOR YOU.. We translated this review via Google and it is clear it is meant for another business. We are not a radio station, we're a private jet charter company. We don't broadcast state propaganda. We charter planes. We trust TrustPilot will have the common sense to understand this and remove this review.
