It was a great experience working with Reali. Even though at times I was expecting more communication with the realtors (maybe I was anxious about the next steps), they always contacted me with any new information that needed to get to me. I would definitely recommend Reali to my friends and family.

Lance was very professional and responded quickly to any questions we had. An added bonus was that his personality was great as well! We would definitely reccomend Reali. Gary and Kimberly W

We had a great experience purchasing a home with Reali in San Diego County. Our agent, Ilana Herring, is very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She kept us informed and helped calm our nerves during a sometimes stressful experience. Of course, the rebate we received from Reali helped tremendously with all of the expenses involved in moving. We couldn't be happier with the home we purchased and our experience with Reali and Ilana Herring.

Mel was amazing! There were many things that were overlooked when we first bought our home, and utilized a traditional agent who commanded a 3% fee. When we needed to sell our house this summer, we went to Reali for help. We saved thousands of dollars with Reali. Mel was a marvelous agent, who calmly helped us navigate a very complicated real estate market in Southern California. We will be going back to Reali when we get ready to buy again in the future.

Ricardo was patient and supportive throughout the entire process. Always available for questions, and gave updates regularly. Would highly recommend.

It was great will use them again if I ever sell this house!

Fast and quick

While I think your model is a great one and love to see you succeed it is important for your agents to realize that costumers with prior selling or buying experiences plays major role in the development of selling or buying plans. Providing feedback should not be considered as negative but a positive for formulating the selling plan. Home owners are the most familiar with their house and neighborhood and that knowledge shouter taken into account when it comes to pricing the property for selling it. Custom homes are not all the same using price per square foot should not be the only driver. Prior sales are also not the only tool to utilize when pricing a property. These are some of the factors that I think you should work on as you grow.
