I order booking but they increase the price after booking. It’s not acceptable. I’ll report to consumer affairs

This is a scam company! Booked a flight, received booking number, then they quickly started calling to change my flight. Told me they couldn't offer what I was confirmed. Tried to get me to fly out of another state, on a different day and time. I told them I couldn't do that and requested a refund. They refused and were yelling at me over the phone and hung up on me several times when I was requesting the contact number of the entity that could cancel and refund me. They advertise a 72 hour cancelation refund period, but wint honor it. Have to dispute with my credit card company.

Scammers, they charge me twice the price of a ticket , they cancelled my flight and made me believe I did it and offer me the last sit in that flight for twice the price . They didn’t want to return my money after I cancel the ticket

Scammers scammers scammers. Stay away from this company. Big time liars. The offer discounted tickets and then call and say you have no Seats on this flight and charge you triple the price to get seats. Please people stay away from fraudulent company. When you insist on canceling the tickets, they charge you $200. Then they get rude and start yelling at you. They are Indians with heavy accents and you cannot understand a word they're saying.

Stay away from this company they will misled you and overcharge you.

I have a horrible experience with this company!!!! I had an existing flight from Newark airport to Miami on 16/05/2025 6 days before my flight I’ve called them to check the status of my flight I’ve googled the number and the first number appeared was saying United costumer service I’ve called that number and the representative who’s name was Sam Wilson Jr assured me it’s a United Costumer service So I’ve asked him the status of my flight and he said it’s delayed from 8:00am to 8:00pm and the only chance I have is the next flight which is at 9:30am but it cost an additional $198.00 I’ve paid that money and he sent me the new itinerary information But something sounds suspicious to me and lately at the day I’ve called to the airport and got the number of the United airline directly I’ve called them and apparently my flight was not delayed and the 9:30 flight was $47.00 cheaper so they sent me a refund Sam Wilson Jr was not dishonest to me and gave me the wrong information Stay alert with this company!!!

Bryan, the customer service agent was fantastic 5 ⭐️ The company outside of Bryan is a SCAM. He patiently answered my multiple calls & concerns that immediately came up. I’m blown away this company is In business, it’s a SCAM Do Not Use!! Somewhere legitimate pls hire Bryan-you won’t be disappointed.

NE RÉSERVEZ JAMAIS AVEC EUX!!!!! Ils annoncent de faux prix très bas et te disent au moment de la confirmation de réservation que le prix du billet a changé. Pas d'annulation possible sinon tu vas payer des frais. J'ai payé finalement 1200$ de plus pour mes 3 billets. En plus ils sont irrespectueux au téléphone. PURE ESCROQUERIE Si vous tombez dans le piège BLOQUEZ votre carte et appelez votre banque.
