This was a horrible experience with Airpeace. My name is Collins My 80 year old mum was neglected and left stranded at Gatwick Airport after an arrangement was made with Airpeace to hand her over to the Gatwick Airport service. It was her first time flying on an airplane and visiting the UK. She was left alone when she got to Gatwick. She Had to find her way after she saw all passengers had disembarked from the plane. Worst of all, due to the negligence of Air peace, My mum mistakenly picked a wrong bag from the Airport and left her's. Fast forward, the wrong bag was returned within 24 hours to Air peace intact as directed by their customer agent and also to reclaim the correct bag. Unfortunately, at the point of reclaiming the correct bag, it was observed my Mum's bag has been forcefully opened, the padlock broken and items ( food items ) worth 300k were missing. Up till now, there has not been any explanation as to what happened. Obviously, One of their staff said it's custom. How will Custom open a bag without the owner's consent or presence? What if the said custom had placed an incriminating item inside the bag? Moreover , the items were not contrabands, a customer's bag open without her consent and items missing. That is theft by Air peace! Each time I called Airpeace to complain prior to the incident, their customer care agents would hang up calls on me. Unfortunately, I bought a return ticket for my mum. I have lost my confidence in Air peace. Never again! Their customer care agents are very rude and unprofessional.

Flight leaving anambra to Lagos has been delayed for 6 hours despite having an elderly person in need of assistance this airline is shameful

First time of travelling with airpeace. I enjoyed :Clear communication, curtious and helpful staff, food that's nourishing, competitive pricing. Well done Airpeace !

Terrible experience on flights to and from London. This is aside from the poor-quality inflight service and the fact that customer support often fails to respond to emails, sometimes leaving customers waiting for almost a month. What is even more frustrating is the cost of rescheduling a missed flight. In this cases, the amount charged is at even triple the price of simply buying a new ticket for the new date. It feels more like a punishment than a fair change policy. The airline advertises that passengers only need to pay a change fee and missed flight of around £200 plus any fare difference and tax differences. However, it makes no sense for the total cost to triple when the flight on the new date is actually cheaper than the original one. Customer service is equally unhelpful. The representatives seem to have no clear answers and cannot adequately explain how the rescheduling charges are calculated or direct customers to someone who can properly resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I would definitely not recommend this airline.
