Best bindings, best crew. Can't go wrong!

Really poor quality bindings snapped one side of the strap after first use - then the other side snapped - then the other binding strap snapped. Very poor quality plastic. Tried complaining to head office but they were not interested, did not apologise or offer me a refund or replacement bindings. I asked to speak to a manager and log a formal complaint but emails were ignored. After 2 months they said they sent me some replacement straps (not bindings) I told them the postal system in France is not great but they decided not to pay for "signed for delivery" and they never arrived. 3 months later i'm still trying to get my money back wish me luck!
