first of all I googled florist in Richardson TX. their ad came up showing locally and family owned. Only when they called to tell me they could not make the promised delivery date did I discover they are some aggregator. This is about as deceptive as it gets. The flowers, a day late, were an embarrassment; terrible

I ordered flowers on a Sunday for my daughter who had just had surgery. I understood that they couldn’t deliver on Monday due to weather. On Tues I got an email confirming delivery. Except she never got them many emails and phone calls later they delivered them the following Saturday. Trying to do a loving thing for my daughter turned into a week of anxiety and disappointment.

Charged extra for express delivery before 10 am. Called at 10:30 - got all kinds of excuses, including "in your area shops open later" - baloney. Had no hesitation to misrepresent my order. Order not received by 12:45 PM. They advertise with names very similar to other flower shops with excellent reputation probably to get a free ride. WATCH OUT.
