I ordered a train from their website. The tracking looked normal. The shipping company's website shows that my package was delivered. I was home on the day they said it was delivered and I have Ring (which did not show a delivery all day). I have reached out to all of their email addresses, but they bounce back. The number listed on their website (301)-356-2000 has been disconnected. I am contacting Visa to get my money back.

This place is a total scam. I ordered a set of trays from them through paypal. They advertised $46. For the item. After I made the purchase I received an email from paypal that an additional charge of $53 had been made by them. I guess this was to see if they could charge my card because the next day after this, my credit card company informed me that at least 20 fraudulent charges had been attempted on my card.
