The flower setting was 100% true to picture of website. Also I paid a lots of optional service fee i.e. request photo $4.99 & local delivery $10.95 etc. Next time, I will try other florists located in Falls Church, VA bcoz more reasonable price with free delivery.

The bouquet was smaller than expected, but flowers were really fresh and beautiful combination of the flowers.

Beautiful arrangements, timely delivery, website was a little tricky to figure out delivery method & pricing (hint: only use a 5-digit zip code) but the staff were very helpful in resolving the issue over the phone.

Timeliness and ease of order was fine. Although the wrong plant color was sent, I appreciated that the company contacted me to explain why and that they had put much effort in trying to get my delivery in despite their geographic limitations. As they said, they should've reached out to me in the process, so hopefully, this will prevent other similar situations in the future.

Cute flowers and arrangement. But It was not worth $70, which will deter me from ordering in the future.

My best friend loved her deluxe birthday cake floral arrangement! Timing of delivery was perfect - just before lunch - as they were going to be out all day. Thank you for your prompt service. I will definitely order from you again.
