Trust the reviews do not order from this site. I placed an order timely for a funeral and the flowers never arrived. I just received a text stating the vendor is unable to fulfill the order. Please go with a local florist if you want your loved one to receive flowers.

Placed an order the day before a wake, for a sympathy bouquet to be delivered to a funeral home. The online ordering service was easy to use. They also sent a confirmation email after it was delivered. As I live overseas it was nice to find a place that I can trust to deliver.

If I could, I would give this business a zero. I ordered a funeral arrangement on Tuesday afternoon for a funeral on Friday. The business accepted the order and we were notified with only 45 minutes left before the service started that the order could not be fulfilled. The customer service from this company of giving only 45 minutes notification is horrendous. It gave us no time to call around and find another florist nor even the chance to call the funeral home to see if they could help us rectify the situation. Please do not ever order from this company and have this happen to you and your family. The emotional stress of losing a loved one and then adding onto it with a very short time frame to quickly rectify this was absolutely unheard of, unprofessional, and terrible customer care. A refund doesn’t make up for the lack of proper notification and courtesy to the consumer. It is a one time event that needed to be taken care of properly with prior notice - not 45 minutes before it was needed.

FloristOne showed to specifically deliver to the hospital I needed flowers sent to so I ordered them for my friend who was just downgraded fro ICU & desperately needed cheering up. The day of the delivery, I get a text from them saying that due to the Mother's Day high demand, they are unable to deliver my flowers. This was the day before Mother's Day & for a patient in the hospital! The only option they gave was cancellation or to deliver the following week! That isn't an option for people in the hospital, the hope is they are discharged as soon as possible, or worse, go back to ICU where flowers are not permitted. They wouldn't even try to call the florist shop to see if they could do anything, just ended up cancelling my order. They wouldn't even give me the name of the florist shop the order was supposed to be fulfilled by so I could try to call.
