Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the AR platform. Will def be back.

On Sat 11/19/22, I placed an order for over $1,000, within minutes I called and confirmed that the item was in stock and corrected them relative to shipping address (had specified local FFL dealer for shipping and they had that wrong). Was told that my item would be shipped on Monday or Tuesday 11/21 or 11/22/2022 and that I would be notified upon shipment. I heard nothing and contacted them by email and called multiple times. Each time I was told that they just had a lot of orders and that it would ship soon. Before I placed the order I had registered to be notified by other dealers if they got the item I wanted in and multiple dealers notified me that they had the item in stock at an even better price than I got at FGE. However I felt that I had entered into an agreement with FGE and would honor that agreement. Today I got a call that they did not have my item in stock and that they would issue me a refund. In my opinion, someone cam into their store, wanted my item and they sold it to the higher bidder. Not very honorable.

Great staff they have hundreds of guns and tons of ammo they are a little more expensive especially there ammo and there gun transfers but pre pandemic they had good prices
