When I ordered it on the phone
When I ordered it on the phone, the operator handled everything very professionally. Unfortunately I have not lost any weight with the product. Although it has helped with going to the bathroom easier and more often.

When I made my initial purchase there…
When I made my initial purchase there has been a glitch and it was recorded as a monthly order instead of a one-off order. Today I received the monthly package, which I didn't expect. Called the help line to ask how to return the product and get a refund. I had the pleasure to get trough to Anna #113 and she was so professional, helpful and considerate. The whole process was a stress-free experience. Because of this I will not hesitate to return and purchase more, such a great product that also offer such a great costumer help.

I placed an order for 3 bottles, and suddenly, 9 more bottles and autoship were added. I spoke with Anna, ID #113. She took care of the refund for me as well as gave me some helpful tips. She's a lovely person to work with.
