Commande passée le 05/04/2021,impossible d’accéder à mon compte, j’ai reçu la confirmation de commande en revanche ça fait 3 mails que j’envoie au service client mais je n’obtiens pas de réponse, je pense aussi que c’est une arnaque

I am still waiting to return the pair of slippers that I bought from Flopstore. It says to request an RMA at the bottom of their website but there is nowhere on their website that shows where to get this. So right now I am not sure how to initiate the return of the pair of slippers before the 30 days. It appears that their US customers enjoy a faster service so perhaps they should just focus on that market. Not sure why they don't respond to email and social media messages yet there is not telephone contact!!

This store is a complete scam! Do not buy from them! I'm going to contact the police so they know it is a complete and utter scam!

All these other reviews seem fake. All these reviewers have only ever wrote one review. IGNORE THEM. Economy delivery to the UK is meant to take 4 days-2 weeks it says on their website. I ordered on the 1st of april and have not had an email with any dispatch update or tracking. The company is ignoring my emails and it’s past the two weeks now. These were meant to be a birthday present for my mum so i’m fuming. DO NOT ORDER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GHOST YOU.

Ordered from the uk - paid for expidited delivery - 10 days on 2 mails sent - no update - no response. Do not purchase from these if based in the UK or Europe.

Je viens de commander et je n'ai reçu aucun mail de confirmation. Inquiétant après ce que je viens de lire plus bas. J'avais déjà un doute avant de commander et en effet ça sent l'arnaque.
