I ordered a pair of flip flops on 2 October 2020. My account was debited but no confirmation or tracking details were received and the items have not been delivered. I have sent two emails to the company and have received no response.

EN FLOPSTORE ES UNA VERDADERA ESTAFAAAA, estuve esperando más de dos meses mi pedido y nunca llegó y me empece a preocupar y decidi meterme a internet a investigar si esta tienda era confiable y resulta que NO, veo todos los comentarios de personas que resultaron estafadas al igual que yo; la direccion de la plataforma es de una paqueteria lo cual la empresa de FLOPSTORE no existe, ES COMPLETAMENTE UNA ESTAFA! Alguien sabe como reportar está página o algo ? Hay que hacer algo para que no sigan estafando a la gente y varios resultamos estafados desde México por lo que veo!

Placed my order July 9th as of today Sep 8 I still have not received my order. I asked for an update a couple of times and they simply just sent me a tracking link which doesn't help at all. The last update dated Aug 6 was "shipment arrived it's country of destination". Hong Kong is a very tiny country. It's been over a month since it arrived HK but until today no shipment from FLOPSTORE. Very very very disappointing and frustrating...
