FloodmanReviews of floodman.com

Floodman is a company that goes above and beyond for Northern Michigan. Floodman is prompt and does the job right the first time.

Many thanks to the Floodman team for prompt, efficient and high quality service to address a large issue in our home. Erich and Brad came out the same day we called, professionally addressed the issue and provided a quote. The next day the Floodman team arrived on time, protected the non-affected area of our home and completed the remediation in a logical, safe and timely manner. Erich and Brad followed-up the next day with a reassessment of the issue and we were confident the issue was resolved. Excellent work.

Courteous, flexible with can do attitude. Provided alternatives and never said “no” to a difficult ask. Highly recommend

We live down State and have had issues with horrible smells in our rental property. Erich and team made this an easy process for us and was quick, thorough, and everything is working great.
