great product. waiting for wifi control which would elevate it to 5 stars

The system has been installed for nearly 2 years. My experience has been that in the "away" mode, the unit often either malfunctions or is actually measuring a very small leak because it often trips into the "leak" mode. When this happens and we are in the home, a careful check does not reveal any sort of visible leak. The good news is that in the leak mode, the water at the main is shut down and no water can enter the home from the main. If there should really be a leak somewhere, it will stop as the water at the main has been shut down. It is easy to reset and I have been told by the company that there is no harm in having the water shut at the main.

Flologic is a responsible company that makes responsible products. If you have a problem or need technical support, they make themselves available. I have had their company to be easy to deal with and supportive. I recommend them highly.

Love the product and unfortunately I had to learn the hard way. We had a water leak and a rather large insurance claim. It was not until that event that I learned about this product. I ordered it, got a plumber to install it and it also tied directly into our home security system. What a terrific peace of mind.

Our biggest problem happens when we have been gone on a vacation. If we haven't turned off the flologic, it detects a leak after we use the water when we come home. Everything thing else is great...the support and the product.

Very good system and easy to install, well worth the money.

The system works well. It has been triggered fairly often by running toilets: a minor annoyance. On 2 occasions with more complex problems I have been given prompt help by phone.
