I had a water pipe freeze and burst at our home while we were on vacation! It would have poured water into our home for 8 days if our recently installed FloLogic system had not come to the rescue and shut our water line off. I was notified on my FloLogic App of the leak and was able to have a plumber go to the house to find the leak and schedule a time to fix it on the 1st day we returned. When we got home and the leak was repaired, I called FloLogic to make sure the system was functioning properly because it was reporting excessive water flow when I turned the water back on. Steve was totally knowledgeable about the FloLogic system and walked me step by step through testing to make sure the FloLogic system was working properly. It was, and it was still showing an excessive water flow. Steve then walked me through steps to find the problem. It turned out to be a toilet that was not sealing properly after the plumber checked it looking for the original leak. Through the entire process Steve never made me feel like I was being rushed, he was ready to spend as much time as needed to get a complete resolution. I HIGHLY recommend FloLogic! They are heros!! Hats off to FloLogic for providing excellent, modern and multi-channel real-time support to trouble-shooting an issue I had with my (awesome) new FloLogic system. The CSR answered my call on the first ring and quickly ID'd my account and was able quickly understand what was happening based on their diagnostics. The CSR quickly texted me instructions to fix as well the option to call the service desk in real time. Within an hour we were back online with the system. Thanks, Todd

The Flologic device works great. We have had multiple costly leaks over the years and we sleep better with Flologic. As important, the support team is amazing. Very helpful and responsive. GREAT customer service

On several occasions I have utilized the Flo-Logic technical support team. In every which way they have exceeded my expectations: 1) You can always get someone on the phone. If you leave a voice mail they get back to you immediately. 2) The techs are very patient and carefully listen to your questions and issues. They always have a solution and walk you through step by step of how to program and use the APP or other equipment. 3) If you have an after hours issue, they periodically check voice mails, emails and will get back to you.

This is a fantastic product with exceptional service and responsive and informed support from the U.S. based technical team. I've had it in my home for many years and would never consider living in a property without it. When selecting a plumber, I look for those with FloLogic experience.

The product can only be surpassed by their support. In all my 60 years I have never experienced such caring, responsive and understandable help. Even on Thanksgiving night, when I panicked for no reason, they called, held my hand and talked me through my concern. Their product is fantastic and even got me home insurance reductions. If they sold air, I would purchase from them!
