Excellent customer service! Great Value!
I looked long and hard for the best value for my needs as a small business - we watch our pennies! Flipsnack provides the quality I need at a great price compared to the many other sites I looked at - with easy to use technology. I'm not a computer tech - it is very WYSIWYG. And even though I am not techy I can create beautiful books with video and links and look like I really know what I am doing. Finally, I have to give huge props to the customer service team. It is a small company so they did not respond right away, but as soon as they did they worked tirelessly to make sure my challenge was solved. (My book I was working on for 2 months disappeared! GONE. And they were able to restore it completely - they worked 12 hours on it and never once made me feel like it was time to panic) All in all, I highly recommend.
