where is my ticket conformation?

This site is 100% a scam. The reviews you read about bait and switch are entirely true. Booked a roundtrip from Atlanta to Miami and back, quoted 208 dollars. Said flight was pending so then I called them to find out why it was pending. They told me that they needed four to 24 hours to hear back from the airline to confirm the flight. They said if I wanted to confirm now then the flight would be $530. Trust me when I tell you, This site is entirely a scam. Avoid at all costs.

They had a flight listed for a low price. We booked 6 tickets. We received a pending confirmation. I then reviewed customer reviews about the site. People have said they bait and switch you. Once you book they call you and tell you that unfortunately that flight isn't available. Then try to upsell you by $500 per person. That's what they have done to me. They are using unethical business practices to get customers then blame the airline for the issue. They claim the airline has sold-out of these seats. I informed then that these prices are still on there site. They replied it takes time for the website to update. I have reported them to the FTC BBB and Consumer Affairs DO NOT USE THEM

Total scamers ,if they were upfront about it I would understand , classic bait and switch . Stay away

This company cheats you, and later wants to charge you more, it is not reliable.

A total scam. I booked a flight and they contacted me saying that the flight was no longer available and that the new price was going to be over $500 dollars. The call center was outsourced and when I asked to speak to a manager, they said there is no manager. Absolute scam! Buyer beware!

I would put zero stars but it doesn't allow you to. I tried to book a flight for 6 people and then got a call a half hour later that the flight was sold out and in order to keep it I had to upgrade for 500.00 more. 2 days later the same exact flight was available for a cheaper deal do again I bought it. A half hour later I got the same call that it was sold out. They advertised a cheap price then convienenty the flights are no longer available. They then call to try to switch you to a more expensive flight on another airline, sounds like bait and switch to me. Whats even worse, they lied about the price and about the availability. This was booked through jetcost. Don't trust them.
