This site is a scam, and they sold my email address. Not sure what other information they sold of mine, but that is scary. Be aware.

This company is an absolute SCAM!!!! Bait and switch tactics and false advertising at its worst. I booked a flight with my roommate and they called us both to tell us the flight wasn’t available but that we could secure a ticket in the main cabin for $250 MORE! Absolutely horrible customer service and unprofessional. He tried to compare my job in travel and sales to his excuse of why they do this. I will never book with them again! Save yourself and don’t bother!

BE AWARE!!! This company is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!! I checked the website and booked through it, I received a confirmation pending with a note stating someone would contact me. I was informed the flights at that price were no longer available and the website would refresh in 15 minutes. I was quoted much higher prices. I asked to cancel. 2 hours later I checked again and the price was still the same. I called them, explained the situation and they hung up. I called again and extremely vulgar profanity was used by the guy!!!!

I purchased a flight from Fresno to Miami for $400 but when I booked it it immediately said it was pending. I called them and they were closed. So I called them the next morning and I waited for an hour for somebody answered. They told me that flight was no longer available currently sold out and they offered me another flight that was slightly different but acceptable. When I asked about the price they said that Delta offers it for $1000 but they’re going to give it to me for $700. I declined and they kept lowering the price in increments until I got down to $570. Ultimately I declined them all and took a refund.

This company is a scam! Was redirected to their site from a consolidator website and (thought I booked a flight) entered payment/contact info on their website & was shown a "pending" screen that said they'd contact me if any issues. Never received another communication from them after that. Called airline a few days later to find I did not have a booking. Called FlightFareDeals and was told "someone is working on your booking and will call you back shortly". No call back. Called again and was told, "fare is not available, only higher fares". DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!

I bought a ticket for USD 197 from Savanah to Miami. They called me and said they did not have that price but i could buy it for USD340. I said no cancel it and the guy did not want to cancel it. I could not get rid of the guy offering me more expensive tickets over and over. I Was afraid because they had my credit card info so I waited until he said ok, I will cancel it. Huge scam! do not buy anything from FFD.

This company is a scam. Please be very careful. First of all,I dont want to give a star at all. I wanted to buy a ticket to Japan to visit my sister who is ill, but Asiana Airlines was too expensive at $2880, so I asked if there were any cheaper tickets. I asked if there was a cheaper ticket and the staff said they would transfer my call to a senior manager, whos name is David Williams and his moblie number is +18058173938 so I was able to speak to a senior manager. He told me that I could buy a ticket with Asiana Airlines for $1800. The first thing he said was that I needed to buy a card for corporate seats. The card is sold at Target, Walgreens, etc., so we were told to buy it first. I asked for the flight schedule to be emailed to me first, but it was sent to me by text message instead of email. The message said via Taipei. Normally, Asiana Airlines' hub is Inchon Airport. I thought it must be EVA Air if it is Taipei, and when I asked them, they said EVA Air. I asked them about EVA Air, and they told me that they are sister airlines, so there is nothing to worry about. I had been doing a lot of research on air tickets, and before this I had been searching on various websites, but I couldn't find any EVA Air flights, which made me wonder, so I called EVA Air. I called EVA Air and was told that direct flights from my city would not be available until the end of March and that I would have to fly to Taipei via another destination, but that transit in Taipei was not permitted at the moment. I told MR David to check Eva's flight schedule, because it's not really operating. He said, "I've checked the flight schedule many times. He insisted that there was no problem with this route. I was so pissed off that I told him that I had called Eva's airline directly, but he refused to admit that he was lying. Finally, he said to me "F0CK YOU" many times. They are really terrible people. Please be very careful and don't use this company !
