I originally booked a trip for my family and was given one price after paying and got a call that deal was no longer available. Then they gave me a new price after paying I got the run around asked for more money and was told it would be refunded and never refunded! Now they are avoiding any communication! Avoid using this company all they are is a headache!

Just today Aug 30 . 2024 I booked a business class ticket through this poorly excuse of a flight agency. As anyone can read in the not so favorable reviews they have a tendency of calling you letting you know your original flight you wanted is not available, well! The same here happened. . My Aeromexico business flight ticket was not available, but for same price the girl I talked to could get me on a United flight and business. I agreed and they gladly took my money. As I got my booking reference number and new itenerary, which clearly stated business class, I went to my United app and added my flight only to find out I had been booked in basic economy. I told her and she proceeded to blame me for not informing her of the mishap and I explained that it clearly stated it was business. She apparently went to talk to her supervisor and after waiting an hour I was hung up on. I decided to call United who could see the payment had not gone through to them and I was in basic economy. So I called the agency back and same girl answered and promised I could talk to the supervisor and was hung up on again. I have informed my financial institutions of fraud and Flight Fare Deal will now be investigated. I may have lost over $500 USD, but if it can prevent others booking through this agency it is well worth it. The original business class ticket was obviously a good deal, which was necessary. Because of health I have to make a big move and it included so many perks that would have saved me a lot, not only money, but also time and stress. Flight Fare Deal's shady business seems to not make it happen. I did research them first, but the positive reviews may just be bots. Should you still book with them, please don't, and I am now using my media connections and social to inform others, please document everything like screen shots and recordings of conversations if dealing with them. What they did was taking my money, booking a cheaper flight, yes! I know the prices, and that is stealing ... Good luck to everyone who read this. Protect yourself and your loved ones. Aug 31/24 ... So they called back and with no resolution ... It is going to go viral. My contacts in LA see a story Happening Sep 5/2024 Turns out this company did take money out of my PayPal account. It has again been disputed, but as always do not purchase from this travel agency. They most like will scam you out your money. I will not stop until it is completely out of business. very bad service i was given a discounted price and once i booked it they told me no bags allowed called southwest and they said we never say no to bags not sure who can travel without a bag for 5 days not even a carry on seriously but they don't say that when you do the booking after words then you cannot cancel and you have no choice but to upgrade what a scam and when i called back and told them what the airline had said they were not good at explaining why they do this

There was an advertised price for the ticket. paid with my credit card then received an email that said pending. the next day I got a call, the agent said that the seats were sold out at that price and that he could offer a ticket two times the price. When I refused he offered a ticket one month later. when I refused he hung up on me. the agent was R. Wilson from the reservation desk. awful.

what wrong with this flight fare company? i had booked 2 flights for different people now they have confirmed only 1 other 3 passenger they keep give us the running around and haven't give us an update also won't pick up the calls or give us a call back instead busy taking more bookings without resolving others,very disappointed with this Charlie guy.(manager)

Horrible company. Booked through them. Waited 19 days for a confirmation for flights. Leave in 2 days and still no confirmation. Called airline and agency booked my days for the wrong dates and 2 months later. But blamed airline for switching dates. Called numerous times on hold for hours upon hours. Sent multiple emails no response. Do not use them or go through them. Keep getting the run around about they will call me when they look into it. My flights are non refundable and now I’m screwed and can’t get flights. Was a trip for my daughter’s graduation. Trip ruined.
